Pearl Jam does a great cover of The Who classic, Love Reign O'er Me, powerful theme that closes the album rock opera, Quadrophenia. The cover is made especially for the movie Reign Over Me, for which Adam Sandler came up with Eddie Vedder at a Pearl Jam concert to ask him to perform such work, however not very enthusiastic about the idea, and it was not until he received a call from Roger Daltrey approving it accepted. The subject did not come out in the soundtrack of the film (which is only instrumental), but only through the iTunes store.
The film is highly recommended, Charlie Fineman (Adam Sandler) has been locked from the outside world emotionally. During the attacks of September 11 loses his wife and 3 daughters. By chance, Charlie meets his old college roommate, Alan Johnson (Don Cheadle). Alan successful but unhappy dentist recognizes the loss suffered by his friend and tries to salvage his friendship and Charlie get his depression. Direct Download
